RETURN PERIOD

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, missing parts, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. American Pets is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

REFUNDS

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

NO RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
